NOOG provides smart hardware devices, long-range connectivity, and software platforms designed to track, monitor, and manage camels and livestock, including location data, health indicators, and movement patterns.

NOOG does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. All insights, analytics, and alerts are provided strictly as decision-support tools.

2. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with any third party

• Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to NOOG systems or data

3. Device Use

You agree to:

• Install all devices according to provided instructions

• Maintain hardware in reasonable operating condition

• Not tamper with, modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse any device

NOOG is not responsible for damage or failure caused by:

• Improper installation

• Environmental or weather-related conditions

• Physical damage or misuse

4. Data Accuracy & Limitations

NOOG relies on sensors, GPS, wireless networks, and analytical models. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to environmental factors, connectivity limitations, or technical constraints.

You acknowledge that NOOG shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or decisions made based on system data, alerts, or insights.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain Services require paid subscription plans. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

NOOG reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features with reasonable notice.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, hardware designs, trademarks, systems, and intellectual property are owned exclusively by NOOG SMART TECHNOLOGIES – L.L.C.S.P.C.

You retain ownership of your livestock data. By using the Services, you grant NOOG a non-exclusive license to process, store, analyze, and use such data solely for providing and improving the Services.

7. Suspension & Termination

NOOG may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse devices or Services

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior

You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOOG shall not be liable for:

• Animal loss, injury, or death

• Disease outbreaks or health conditions

• Theft, escape, or environmental hazards

• Network outages or connectivity failures

• Hardware malfunction or failure

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
